How to Use Printable Sudoku

Paper remains one of the most comfortable ways to solve Sudoku. It removes screen glare, makes candidate notes easy to compare, and works well for classrooms, community groups, waiting rooms, and quiet individual practice. Stealthdoku prints two A4 portrait pages: a Normal puzzle and an Easy puzzle.

Recommended print settings

Why Easy and Normal are paired

Easy offers a gentle start with more given digits and frequent singles. Normal requires a little more scanning without relying on specialist patterns. Printing the two levels together lets a solver choose based on energy and experience, and it works well when a group includes mixed ability levels.

For older adults and community programs

Use a dark pen or soft pencil and provide good lighting. Allow plenty of time and avoid presenting completion speed as the main goal. Sudoku is a recreational logic activity; it should not be described as a treatment or a guaranteed method of preventing cognitive illness. The useful aim is focused, enjoyable problem solving.

For classes and small groups

Ask participants to explain one deduction rather than racing to finish. Comparing how a number was found teaches scanning and constraint reasoning. Print separate copies for each person so candidate notes remain clear. The supplied printout may be used in non-commercial classes and community activities.

Paper-saving habits

Print only when needed, use both sides, and keep completed sheets for later review. A clipboard or reusable transparent sleeve can also make a printout easier to use repeatedly with a dry-erase marker, although the puzzle itself should still be replaced when a new challenge is wanted.

Printing is provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial community use. The web game remains available when paper is not needed.
